Golden Rule: Jab tak seller aapko official NDC approve karwa kar nahi deta, tab tak kabhi bhi full payment ka pay order seller ko hand over na karein.
Step 4: Balloted vs Unballoted (Plot Location)
Agar seller keh raha hai ke plot "prime location" pe hai, toh check karein ke file "Balloted" hai ya nahi. Agar file unballoted hai, toh iska matlab hai us plot ka koi specific number ya street abhi allot nahi hui. Aisi file pe location ka premium (extra paise) dena be-waqoofi hai.
